Returns:  Please go back to the "Information Tab" and pull down on the "Useful Links Tab" and open the “Return Form and Warranty Page"; if the item is eligible for return, follow the instructions and submit the online form.  Notice: Prison Blues Apparel Cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

Taxes:  HD Work Gear is required by state law to collect 9% sales tax for shipments in California unless, the Buyer provides a State Board of Equalization tax exempt certificate.

Ground Shipping Offered:  All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground.  Any order returned by our shipping carrier as "Undeliverable" or "Refused" shall be charged a 15% restocking fee and return shipment costs and the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:  Buyer’s claims for lost or damaged shipments while in transit shall to be filed with the carrier of record.  HD Work Gear will assist the Buyer with shipping information and verification of shipping in all matters for the Buyer's use in a claim against the carrier.

Title Passage of Merchandise:  Ownership of the merchandise passes to the Buyer upon HD Work Gear or its agents release said merchandise to the carrier properly labled and addressed for shipping.  E-mail notification will be sent to the Buyer with shipping and tracking information after the order is processed.

HD Work Gear will process your order for shipping within 1 to 3 days [order processing time] and will ship your order using FedEx ground or UPS ground. PO Box Addresses will ship United States Postal Service.  When your order is shipped you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.  We will notify you within 2 to 3 business days by e-mail once your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number. We will notify you should we discover that any oeder item(s) are not in stock or are placed on back-order status; if you do not want to back-order, we will cancel your order in whole or part for a refund. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada will pay additional shipping cost calculated at checkout. 

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O.  Box addresses.  Where a P.O. Box address is used, HD Work Gear reserves the right to use the United State Postal Service to ship merchandise.

Domestic Shipping - Strictly Ground Shipping Offered - HD Work Gear Ships from numerous warehouses that are centrally located, upon processing your order,  ground shipping is often times as quick as 2 to 4 days shipping time [shipping time does not include order processing time].
